budget. Our lending expert will review your construction loan options that match your financial goals.

THE DESIGNER'S ADVANTAGE:
Depending on your architectural style, we will match the correct architect for your custom home design.
We will also review and coordinate architectural design, site development and permit processing.

THE SELECTION TEMPLATE:
We have developed a detailed checklist to ensure that all components of your custom home are selected for accurate pricing.

THE SELECTION NAVIGATOR:
We will meet regularly to discuss detailed information such as color selection and products for your home.
We will provide you with a project binder so you can keep your information organized.

THE BLUE PRINT FOR CONSTRUCTION :
We will provide you with an outline that explains our construction process.

WELCOME HOME:
Once complete, it's time to begin enjoying your new home. We will provide you with a warranty and owner's manual binder which includes a CD of all of your construction pictures for future reference.

THE CHECK UP:
We will schedule a follow-up for any corrections 1 month after you move in. We will also follow up in one year to address any issues that may have surfaced.
