About the Owner:

With a degree in Construction Field Engineering and Computer Aided Design, Jon Skarda began his career with a family owned contracting company as a field superintendent and project manager. After 10 years of gaining exceptional skills and management experience, Jon Skarda founded Shore-Line Construction in 1994.

Since then, Jon has helped Shore-Line grow into a highly respected and well-known company. He combines his knowledge of design and construction to create incredible results for every project. He works closely with the clients to ensure complete satisfaction on every detail.

Certified Master Builders & Remodelers:

A Certified Master Builder or Remodeler, recognized from the Maryland Home Builder's Association, is a company that meets the highest and most rigorous standards in the industry. This program was established to help homeowners identify qualified builders and remodelers who have a proven track record of giving the highest performance to their clients. To obtain this certification, builders and remodelers must be nominated by their peers and must meet stringent review criteria in areas including among others; establishing time in the industry, consumer satisfaction, financial performance, adherence to accepted building technology standards, customer service and governmental compliance. All members are required to abide by the program's Operating Agreement, Consumer Bill of Rights, Rules and Regulations, Complaint and Arbitration Procedures, and the Performance Guidelines and Code of Ethics defined by the NAHB. There are no standards for home builders or remodelers nationally that meet or exceed those established in this program and we are proud to say that Shore-Line Construction has become a Certified Master Builder & Remodeler.
